 Dear Students,

Greetings from the Winter Abroad at Yonsei(WAY) Office!

We are excited to share a variety of extracurricular activities being offered this winter. Join us to experience Korean culture, meet new friends and makelasting memories together!

Application Period: Monday, November 24, 2025, 9:00 KST - Tuesday, November 25, 2025, 16:00 KST

HOW TO APPLY: winterapply.yonsei.ac.kr -> Extracurricular Activities
You will receive an email 1) once your application has been successfully submitted (with a payment reminder), and 2) after your payment has been processed and your spot has been confirmed

*Registration is only considered complete once you have applied and paid for your chosen activities by Tuesday, November 25, 2025,16:00 KST. Payment will be blocked afterwards.

Important Notes:

• Eligibility: Only students who have fully paid their tuition fees can apply for extracurricular activities. (If students withdraw or cancel from the WAY program, they are not eligible to participate.)
• Limited Capacity: Activities have limited spots and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Early Closure: The application period may close earlier than expected if activities reach full capacity.
• Cancellation and Refund Policy:
• Due to limited spots and pre-arranged agreements with our partners, cancellations for personal reasons or a change of mind after registration are non-refundable.
• Activities may be canceled if fewer than 10 students register.
  
  

We strongly encourage you to make the payment immediately (and carefully) after submitting your application to secure your spot before the deadline.
